  We have our service set to "keep full" and pay monthly with a positive balance off $800. They let us run out of propane, which happened over the weekend and i have an infant in the house. There emergency services number sends you to voicemail and lets you know they will help Monday, but they don't. Its Monday night and we still have no heat in the middle of winter. Customer service was terrible, extremely unhelpful, and never apologized. I highly recommend you do not use diamond propane.
